I have good news to all cupcake lovers! I love to share few of my baking experience and then decided to hold a cupcake decoration class especially to the new beginners with no basic skills!

If you are interested in joining a class, please email me first at cupcakes.story@gmail.com to check for available seats. Or sms to 012-5093209. After confirmation, a deposit of RM50 is required for each class. This is for me to prepare all the ingredients required.  Balance of the fee is to be paid before we begin class, on the date of the class itself.

Please do not bring kids or other person to class. Please bring along your apron and kitchen towel. All cupcakes tools will be prepare. Light refreshment will be provided. 

CLASS 1 : BUTTERCREAM & FONDANT CUPCAKE DECO (For beginners with no basic skills)

DATE: 14/10/2011 (Saturday)

TIME: One day course, from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

FEE: RM170.00 per person

NO. OF STUDENT: Maximum of 4 students for each class.

LOCATION: Class will be held my house located at Bandar Country Homes, Rawang. For time being, we are providing pick-up service. Pick-up time is 9 a.m at Ikea. You can also drive by your own to my house. Map will be given to those who will drive by itself (map will be given upon confirmation)

TOOLS TO BRING: Please bring along your apron and kitchen towel. All cupcakes tools will be prepare.

• 100% hands-on :
• Decoration of 6 buttercream cupcakes - elmo, simple flower deco, butterfly & grass deco, swirl, hydrangea flower deco & free design
• Decoration of 6 fondant cupcakes – sleeping baby, 4 flower deco, ribbon deco.Students will take back one 12 cupcakes which they have decorated.
